necessary and there are no age restrictions. Participants should
arrive 5 - 10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing that allows
free movement and bring a yoga mat. If you are in need of a
yoga mat, you can purchase one from Valley Rehab for $13.50 when you come for your first class.
